Cristina Fink
Cristina Fink, PhD, is a highly experienced sport psychologist with over 18 years of experience in teaching, counseling and sport administration. Counseling clients include Olympic Medalists and World Champions as well as professional and national soccer teams. She competed in two Olympic Games (Seoul 1988 and Barcelona 1992) and held the Mexican High Jump Record with a 6’4 jump for 22 years. She has a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Family and Consumer Resources from the University of Arizona, Tucson. She has a Masters Degree obtained in Sport Psychology in 2001 from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) in Madrid, Spain. Cristina received a Ph.D. in Psychology from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) in Madrid, Spain. Cristina is the author of a number of published papers and books, and a keynote speaker in many national and international conferences. She works as a consultant for Drexel University and is the Director of Sport Psychology for HP Sports and YSC. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French. |

Finn Gundersen - Director of Sport Education
Finn Gundersen, Director of Sport Education, is the former Director of Sport Education at the United States Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA), and co-founder of Burke Mountain Academy the first sports academy in the country. Gundersen has over 40 years of youth development and coaching experience, including coaching at the Olympic and Alpine FIS World Cup levels. He has worked with athletes from youth grassroots to the elite Olympic levels. Finn will serve as YSC's Director of Sport Education and will be responsible for the development of the YSC coaching staff. |

Randy Hill - Director of Sport Science
YSC Director of Sport Science, credentials includes the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics, where he was Head Physiologists for the United States Ski and Snowboard Association, winners of 21 Olympic medals. Randy has two decades of experience working with junior to Olympic athletes, including 35 individual Olympic, World Champion, and World Record holders. Randy has a Doctorate in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah. His education and leadership background also includes years spent in Australia, Europe and the Mid-East. He is one of the foremost world experts in Talent Identification, a multi-discipline field, whose purpose is to assist everyone, from national sporting associations, clubs, and individual athletes and their families, in the selection of the right athlete for the right sport. In addition to his role with YSC's youth programs, Randy has also been named the Director of Sports Science for YSC's partner Philadelphia Union (MLS). Randy's role with the Union includes overseeing the first team athletes and the design and implementation of the sports science curriculum (including annual training plan, performance enhancement and athlete monitoring, etc.). |
